Big Sky Audio Productions is headed up by Neil Gray.

“It’s a continuation of our old business, True Form Music Services, which was located in Spotswood for about twenty years. We moved the studio to Hoppers Crossing in 2006 to get a bit more sky in our view, and we’ve been building on it ever since.”

Neil Gray is an experienced producer/engineer as well as a competent musician/songwriter, and is thorough and professional in his production.

This is an honest and straightforward approach to music production using top quality equipment and techniques that have stood the test of time. You’ll get real feedback, and input into your creative process, from someone who’s been around and knows what he’s on about.

Neil’s music influences began as a child, being exposed to everything from Classical to the Blues, American Soul and beyond. Some enduring faves include Jimi Hendrix, Neil Young, The Beatles and Beach Boys, The Stones, AC/DC, Van Halen and Lynyrd Skynyrd as well as a myriad of great Australian bands such as The Easybeats, The Loved Ones, Skyhooks, Sports and The Divinyls.

Neil has vast experience touring the world doing live sound and is also available to consult on the area of acoustics including studio design and construction, but his real passion is in music production, and it is where he is happiest and at his most creative.
